Jackimiko AU
Basically an AU that’s been running through my head. Role reversal. Basically what would happen if Jack and Kimiko swapped roles and she was the villain and he was the Xiaolin Dragon.
Okay let’s start with Jack.
Xiaolin Dragon of metal and a bit of a wimp. Scratch that, huge coward. Honestly, he has quite low self esteem, unlike the other dragons who have accepted their fate, he still questions why he was chosen, why him? After all he’s a coward, he has no great physical traits, heck he’s not even that great at fighting. Instead he would much prefer tinkering at his robots and creations, trying to make something that would be helpful around the temple or that would help them when finding Sheng Gong Wu. Raimundo teases him heavily on the fact he prefers the goth look and that he’s a wimp. Clay tends to see him as a puppy and tries to stand up for him, but can’t help but laugh. Omi on the other hand is always curious to find out what Jack is making, Jack is always happy to show off as he believes that’s his one good skill. Though he is a little uncomfortable with Omi’s over enthusiasm and constant hugging. One other thing. He has a huge crush on Kimiko, whenever he see’s her he becomes a blushing, bumbling mess. He can’t help it, she’s quirky. When he does find his confidence he ends up making cringe worthy attempts at flirting, which later Raimundo makes fun of. Jack means well, and at the moment it seems Master Fung is the only one who knows why Jack was a chosen dragon.
As for Kimiko.
In the AU, it’s Kimiko’s father who finds the puzzle box and later gives it to Kimiko as a gift for being Daddy’s little girl. Kimiko opens it and Wuya appears, after the slight shock, Wuya tells Kimiko of the Sheng Gong Wu and her plans of 1000 years of darkness. This appeals to Kimiko and the prospect of world domination, why? Just because it gives her something to do and it sounds fun. So her and Wuya strike up a deal and they get on swimmingly. Kimiko is competent and is pretty good at defeating the Xiaolin dragons. When they first encounter her they let their guards down as she’s a girl and she takes full advantage of it. She’s aware that Jack has a whopping big crush on her and she exploits it at every possible turn, singling him out as the weak link. Whenever Kimiko does lose a Xiaolin Showdown, Wuya is quick to fault her hot headedness as that is usually causes her to lose. To be honest, Kimiko is a frightening villain and quite ruthless in her approach.
Okay so those are my headcanons regarding the AU. I’m not happy with this drawing (it’s kinda crappy) So I may do some doodles in regards to this.
